Delivery
Is there a delivery fee?
Next-day delivery is free anywhere in Australia when you order by 1pm Melbourne time. Same-day delivery in Melbourne is $14.99. See free flower delivery.
Can I get flowers delivered the same day?
Yes, in Melbourne. Order by 1pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery to any address within 30 km of the CBD. Same-day delivery isn’t available outside Melbourne.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Australia. See our delivery areas.
Which days do you deliver?
Within 30 km of Melbourne’s CBD we deliver seven days a week. Everywhere else in Australia we deliver Monday to Friday.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, in Melbourne. Order by 1pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery.
Do you deliver to hospitals, offices and public places?
Yes. Give us the recipient’s full name, their mobile number and the full address. For a hospital, add the ward and check with the ward that flowers are accepted.
What if the flowers arrive damaged?
Tell us when they arrive and we’ll send a replacement. This doesn’t cover flowers left outside for a long time after delivery.
Ordering and payment
How do I order?
Order on this website at any time, or call (03) 9432 0346. You choose the delivery date and write your card message at checkout.
How can I pay?
We accept card, PayPal and Afterpay. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been sent out for delivery. Call (03) 9432 0346 as soon as you can.
Can I pick up my order?
Not yet. Flower Club is online only for now, and every order is delivered. Pick-up is coming soon.
Which occasions do you have flowers for?
Birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, get well soon, thank you, congratulations and sympathy, as well as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas.
Do you do weddings, events and corporate flowers?
Yes. See wedding flowers, corporate flowers and gifts and flower subscriptions.

Where is Flower Club based?
Flower Club is an online florist based in Melbourne, with offices in Sydney and Brisbane.
What are your opening hours?
You can order online at any time. Our phone and email team is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. If the line is busy, email contact@flowerclub.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I visit your flower shop?
Not at the moment. We’re online only for now. Wedding and event consultations are by appointment.
