THE VENUE, IN FLOWERS
Clean lines, natural light, understated flowers
Hubert Estate in Coldstream combines modern architecture with vineyard surroundings and views over the Yarra Valley hills. Ceremonies are held outdoors on the estate, and receptions are in Harriett, a light-filled room with floor-to-ceiling windows and high timber ceilings.
Our designs suit its clean lines and understated luxury: minimal meadows and textured aisle moments outside, then elevated centrepieces, candlelight and refined tonal palettes in the room.
YOUR DAY AT HUBERT ESTATE
Three moments, styled for the space
01 · THE CEREMONY
Outdoors among the vines
Minimal floral meadows and textured aisle moments that frame the ceremony and leave the views open.
02 · PORTRAITS
Bouquets with a modern edge
Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets in soft, tonal colours that photograph cleanly against the vines.
03 · THE RECEPTION
Candlelight in Harriett
Elevated centrepieces, layered candlelight and tonal palettes that suit the room’s terrazzo floors and timber ceilings.
