When and where we deliver, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery at a glance
Free next-day delivery, Australia-wide
Order by 1pm Melbourne time for free next-day delivery anywhere in Australia. Outside Melbourne’s same-day delivery area, orders are delivered the next business day, Monday to Friday.
Same-day delivery in Melbourne: $14.99
Order by 1pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery to any address within 30 km of Melbourne’s CBD. Same-day delivery isn’t available outside Melbourne.
Sunday delivery in Melbourne
Order by 1pm on Saturday for free Sunday delivery in Melbourne.
Where we deliver
Delivery areas
We deliver everywhere in Australia. We have warehouses in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and flowers for other states are sent fresh overnight. See our delivery areas.
Remote addresses
Orders to very remote addresses are delivered to the nearest Licensed Post Office.
Hospitals, offices and public places
Give us the recipient’s full name, their mobile number and the full address. For a hospital, add the ward and check with the ward that flowers are accepted.
On the day
Delivery times
We can’t promise delivery at a fixed time. Drivers plan their routes by distance, and busy days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day can take longer. See our Terms and Conditions.
If no one is home
Our drivers may leave the flowers in the safest spot they can find. At some types of property this isn’t possible, so please add the recipient’s phone number and any delivery instructions at checkout. See our Terms and Conditions.
Changing the delivery address
Call (03) 9432 0346 as soon as you can. We can change the address at any time before the order has been sent out for delivery.
If something goes wrong
Damaged flowers
Tell us when the flowers arrive and we’ll send a replacement. This doesn’t cover flowers left outside for a long time after delivery.
Late delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, contact us and we’ll look into it.
