- Same-day delivery in Melbourne: $14.99, to any address within 30 km of the CBD, Monday to Saturday, when you order by 1pm.
- Sunday delivery in Melbourne: order by 1pm on Saturday.
- Remote addresses: delivered to the nearest Licensed Post Office.
- Arrived damaged? Tell us when they arrive and we’ll send a replacement.
- Payment: card, PayPal or Afterpay.
How to unbox and arrange letterbox flowers
- Unwrap the flowers as soon as they arrive.
- Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water.
- Remove any leaves that would sit below the water line.
- Trim each stem on an angle, about 2 cm from the end.
- Arrange the flowers in the vase and keep them out of direct sun and away from heat.
- Change the water every couple of days and give the stems a fresh trim.
